Customer Support Director
Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organized professional to function as Customer Support Director.
Location: Velizy, France (southwest of Paris)
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Customer Support teams in Europe (multilingual teams)
- Ensure that the European Customer Support team meets Blizzard's standard objectives
- Weekly meetings with the European Support Services Managers
- Develops and directs both short and long term regional objectives consistent with global strategy
- Coordinates divisional operations and ensures synchronization of activities with global management
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years experience in a senior leadership position
- Previous call center management experience
- Experience in managing large teams
- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Impeccable organizational and time management abilities
- Detail oriented
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel
- Experience in a multicultural environment

- In-depth knowledge of all Blizzard products
- Capability to speak multiple languages
- Experience with European gamers
