The Burning Crusade: Druid Talents & Spells
We've just released the druid talents and spells preview for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. This preview features new spells, such as Flight Form in the Outland, abilities and talents* that will be available to druids in the upcoming expansion.
We have also updated the talents and spells for all of the other classes. Check them all out!

World of Warcraft Spanish Release
Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced that the Spanish version of World of Warcraft, its subscription-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game, will be available at retail outlets in Spain on 29 September, 2006. This version represents the fourth language available to European players, following the original English, French and German versions, which launched in February 2005. The game has been fully localized into Spanish by the Blizzard in-house localization team. You can learn more about the release of World of Warcraft in Spanish by reading this press release.
The First Annual Blizzard Art Contest Has Ended!
Thank you and best of luck to all who participated and submitted artwork for the first annual Blizzard Art Contest. Our judges are now in the process of reviewing the thousands of entries we received to determine the finalists and prize winners. Stay tuned -- all winners and winning artwork will be posted here by October 31.

Art Contest Deadline Extended
Due to a drastic increase in contest submissions over the last weekend, the contest submission form was temporarily unavailable, preventing some artists from submitting their work for this year's Blizzard Art Contest. In order to give those artists who worked until the very last minute a fair chance, we are extending the submission deadline to 8:59 Paris Time on Thursday, September 21, 2006.
If you experienced problems submitting your work, please go back to the submission form and try again. If you continue to encounter problems using the submission form, you can also send your work to contestquestions@blizzard.com. If you do, you must include the following details in your email: first and last name, address, city, state/province, postal code, country, email (if other than the one you are contacting us with), phone, school (if you are a student), artwork category, the name of your submitted artwork, and of course, the attached artwork itself. If you choose to send your entry to this email address, please only send one piece of artwork per email, and please review the contest rules before sending.
We apologize for the inconvenience these technical issues may have caused, and we hope that this extension of the deadline will allow all of you to contribute to the already amazing number of high-quality submissions we have received. Thank you to everyone for participating.

Season 4: Game Time
Battle.net Warcraft III Season 4 has begun. We have invited the top 75 players from around the world, and included the top 300 players from each region to participate in this tournament. This is only the first event for Season 4, and it promises to be a very competitive environment. For each new ladder, we will be keeping track of the top 5 players and reporting how they do from week to week on the Season 4 page. Let the games begin!
